This picture shows the rear of a terraced house where the original old glasshouse was demolished and the new Double Extension built and covered with cement fibre slates,
A new patio was laid with Galvanised fencing fitted around the edge.
The Photographs show a second storey extension which was built on top of an existing
Extension after the foundations were checked by the Local Authority. Finished in smooth float finish to match the previous extention. The roof was cut into main roof and cement fibre slates fitted. PVC facia and gutters were fitted.

The first photo shows the site being prepared to build an extension. The other two photos show the completed extension built out of face brickwork with pvc doors,windows and facias.
The two photographs show the before and after of a small lean to building that was demolished and replaced with a small single extension. It was built onto the existing building and extended approx 1.4 meters and with a smooth cement float finish.

The previous extension was demolished and rebuilt, with low profile roof tiles fitted to the roof. A lead apron was fitted where the roof butted with the main wall.
The backyard was excavated and new patio slabs laid.

New concrete window sills and a second hand natural welsh slate add to the appearance of the extension.
At the time these pictures were taken, the first storey extension was over 10 years old
